Job summary

DSV seeks a dedicated chartering professional based in Dubai to manage requests and bookings for regional offices, collaborating with global teams. You will work with Project Logistics and Chartering colleagues, visiting project offices across the Middle East, Indian subcontinent and Africa as needed.

You will build close relationships with offices and carriers, providing best-in-class service and supporting customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Several years of chartering experience.
• Established network within the chartering industry.
• Experience in booking project cargoes on multipurpose vessels.
• Familiarity with BIMCO contracts such as CONLINE BOOKING NOTE, GENCON, NYPE and BALTIME.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Based in Dubai, handle requests and bookings for regional offices.
• Travel to project offices, primarily within Middle East, Indian subcontinent and Africa.
• Build relationships with offices and carriers; participate in customer meetings.
• Independent role with strong team support.
