Key Responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager, you willbe primarily tasked with the leadership of end‑to‑end project logisticsoperations, the management of stakeholders, the assurance of safe cargomovement, and the delivery of projects on time and within budget
• Manage end‑to‑endproject logistics for global and local clients
• Plan and executeexport/import operations, including heavy‑lift and oversized cargo
• Conduct routesurveys, feasibility studies, budgeting, and risk assessments
• Leadrelationship with carriers, suppliers, subcontractors and terminals
• Superviseloading, discharging, and on‑site operations at ports and job sites
• Serve as theprimary client contact regarding operations, handling communication andescalations
• Prepare andparticipate in RFQs, RFIs, tenders, and commercial proposals
• Handle costcalculations, invoicing, and financial reporting
• Ensurecompliance with QHSES (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment &Security) standards
• Maintainaccurate documentation and project tracking
• Lead and mentorteam members, supporting cross‑department coordination
• Travel to jobsites for operational oversight and client meetings
• Conductnegotiations with carriers, haulers, freight handlers, and network officesto ensure competitive pricing and profitability
• Provide guidanceto team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive workenvironment
• Develop andmaintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and vendors

• Proven abilityto manage end to end project execution, including planning, budgeting, andrisk control
• Experiencecoordinating with carriers, terminals, subcontractors, and customs acrossglobal operations
• Solid commercialskills, including RFQs/RFIs, tender preparation, costing, and clientrelationship management
• Experience within the UAE market is highly preferred
• Strongleadership, communication, and documentation abilities for crossfunctional team coordination
• An engineering background and/or OSH(L) industry experience would be considered a strong advantage
• Knowledge ofQHSES standards, with hands‑on site supervision experience and a trackrecord of safe, on-time delivery
• Proficient inMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365, TMS (CargoWise preferred)
