Qualifications

Key responsibilities:

• Sourcing and negotiating most competitive air charter solutions for deugro customers globally.
• Handling and advising on the sales prices, terms and conditions internally, and providing guidance on operational matters and post fixture.
• Maintaining and improving business relations with existing and new airline partners.
• Supporting worldwide deugro offices to develop sales leads where available, including participating in joint customer meetings, etc.
• Business development and promoting of air charter services to external customers.
• Travelling for business meetings and field supervision of contracted charters if required.

Skills, knowledge and expertise:

• Solid experience and knowledge of air charter market (minimum 5 years’ experience with a forwarder, air charter broker or a carrier).
• Team skills, flexibility and dedication, with the ability to work under pressure and attention to details.
• Ability to be assertive and take responsibility, and a distinct hands‑on mentality round off your profile.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Good communication, networking and relationship building skills.
• Client-centric way of thinking and acting, as well as a friendly and confident appearance.
• English – professional proficiency (other languages would also be a plus).
