Job summary

Binghatti is seeking a strategic leader to head the PMO and drive AI-led digital transformation across its UAE real estate portfolio. You will govern the project program, manage budgets and resources, and partner with business, technology, and external vendors to deliver high-impact AI initiatives.

You will translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions, oversee governance, and report progress to senior leadership, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• PMI-PgMP/PMI-PfMP/PRINCE2/Agile or Scrum certifications preferred
• PMP Certification mandatory

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the portfolio of AI and digital transformation projects and programs
• Develop and implement PMO governance, standards, methodologies, and delivery frameworks
• Identify, assess, prioritize, and manage AI transformation opportunities across business functions
• Translate business challenges into practical AI solutions and transformation initiatives
• Drive AI projects from discovery through go-live and benefits realization
• Prepare AI and digital transformation dashboards, executive reports, and steering committee updates
