Brand Aid Group in the UAE/GCC is seeking its first AI-focused leader to elevate Studio operations, costing and client service across markets. You will report to the Group CEO, have a tools budget and authority to change how things are done in Dubai or Cairo with time in other markets.

You will design AI-driven briefing, estimation, and reporting workflows, clean data, integrate tools with ERP (Odoo preferred), and build scalable playbooks.

Formación

• 5+ years shipping software, automation or data products inside an operating business.
• 2+ years putting LLMs and AI tools into real workflows used daily by non-technical people.
• Hands-on with AI APIs and no-code/low-code tools, and able to connect them to an ERP. Odoo experience is a strong plus.
• Experience near creative production, marketing services, agencies or manufacturing.
• You explain things simply to a designer, an estimator and a CFO. English is a must, Arabic helps.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate AI into briefing, concepting, and asset management across markets.
• Costing: build estimation tools that learn from ERP data for quick quotes and margins.
• Client service: faster brief intake, automatic status updates and reporting.
• Fix the data first: clean job, cost and pricing data in the ERP.
• Buy before build: select and integrate tools where needed.
• Set the rules: client IP, data security, model inputs/outputs.
• Train people and measure adoption, not demos.
• Report results to the CEO monthly: hours saved, margin protection, turnaround reduction.
