Job summary

SYNCOMS Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to own recruitment across the business, with a strong emphasis on AI, ML, software engineering and digital talent. The role also covers HR administrative tasks and onboarding, reporting to the Director and coordinating with teams in the UK and USA, while based in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in direct sourcing, headhunting passive candidates, and building a robust talent pipeline, with experience

Qualifications

• Hands-on recruitment experience across AI/tech roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and headhunting.
• Experience recruiting across multiple markets (UAE, UK, USA) and KPI-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from requirement to offer and onboarding.
• Source AI/technology professionals including AI/ML and software engineering.
• Coordinate interviews across UAE, UK and USA time zones.
• Support onboarding and HR administration and records.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future roles.
