Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, scikit-learn or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with REST APIs and FastAPI.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps.
• Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse architecture.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview.
• Awareness of UAE AI Charter, UAE PDPL, Dubai Data Law and DESC ISR.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills.
• Arabic proficiency is preferred.
