Job summary

Carrerlift is seeking a hands-on AI Engineer based in Dubai to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions across Generative AI, Conversational AI and Agentic AI systems.

You will build GenAI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent workflows, leveraging Python/SQL, with frontend touchpoints via React/TypeScript when required. Proficiency with LangChain, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and vector databases is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, RAG and multi-agent AI experience required.
• Familiar with Azure environments and MLOps or LLMOps practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, monitoring, security controls and AI guardrails.
• Experience with data quality, validation and KPI validation.
• Strong collaboration with architects, stakeholders, data and engineering teams.

About the role:

What you'll work with:

• Build solutions using GenAI, large language models and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Apply prompt engineering and context engineering techniques in practical AI systems.
• Develop or contribute to multi-agent AI workflows.
• Work with Python and SQL across AI and data-related components.
• Use React together with JavaScript or TypeScript where application development requires it.
• Work with frameworks and platforms including LangChain, LangGraph, Haystack, OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
• Use vector databases along with Azure AI Search, Neo4j and Databricks.
• Develop services and integrations using FastAPI or Flask.
• Work with PyTorch or TensorFlow for AI and machine-learning use cases.
• Build and support APIs and enterprise-system integrations.
