Detailed Job Description

As a Lead AI Engineer at Systems Limited, you will take full executive ownership of architecting and delivering high-impact artificial intelligence solutions for premier enterprise and government clients in Dubai. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, building agentic and multi-agent AI systems, optimizing large language models (LLMs), and implementing advanced prompt engineering and security guardrails. You will write clean, scalable Python code, integrate Azure AI Search and Azure AI Foundry services, and mentor junior and mid-level AI engineers. Furthermore, you will collaborate with enterprise stakeholders, translate complex business challenges into cutting-edge technical architectures, and ensure rigorous adherence to AI governance, data privacy, and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM solutions.
• Architect and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, vector database stores, and context-aware AI workflows.
