Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/GenAI solutions within the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in software engineering, 2+ years delivering AI in production, strong Python and ML library experience, and excellent English communication. Arabic proficiency is preferred to support regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software engineering with 2+ years in production AI/ML or GenAI.
• Strong Python with ML/NLP libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with Azure AI suite (OpenAI, Foundry, Search, ML).
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps, prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic proficiency preferred for regional work.
• Knowledge of UAE AI Charter, PDPL, Dubai Data Law and DESC ISR.

Experience: 4+ Years

AI/GenAI Experience: 2+ years building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production

Arabic: Arabic proficiency & Arabic NLP experience are preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions using governed, high-quality data and the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in Software Engineering, with 2+ years in production AI/ML or GenAI.
• Strong Python skills with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, scikit-learn or Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Azure Machine Learning.
• Experience with REST/FastAPI, Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, prompt engineering and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Lakehouse architecture and Microsoft Purview.
• Awareness of UAE AI Charter, UAE PDPL, Dubai Data Law and DESC ISR.
• Excellent English communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Arabic proficiency and Arabic NLP experience are preferred.
