Key Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of production‑ready AI and Generative AI solutions, from technical design and model development to deployment and ongoing operation.
• Build, train, fine‑tune, evaluate, and optimise large language models while managing model lifecycle, quality, performance, and reliability.
• Develop enterprise agentic workflows that automate real business processes and improve productivity across business and technology functions.
• Deliver Document AI and OCR solutions for finance, legal, contract review, document extraction, and enterprise knowledge‑processing use cases.
• Engineer scalable AI applications using strong software engineering practices, clean APIs, secure integrations, and production‑grade coding standards.
• Implement MLOps pipelines covering CI/CD, version control, model monitoring, retraining, testing, governance, and release management.
• Deploy AI solutions on cloud platforms, mainly Azure, while maintaining security, access controls, scalability, and operational governance.
• Build containerised AI services using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes where required for reliable deployment and performance.
• Collaborate with product, business, data, cloud, security, and technology teams to convert operational challenges into practical AI solutions.
• Review post‑launch performance, identify improvements, and support continuous enhancement of AI models, automation workflows, and deployed applications.

Ideal Profile

• 3 years of hands‑on experience in AI, machine learning engineering, Generative AI, or applied data science with exposure to production systems.
• Practical experience training and fine‑tuning LLMs using methods such as LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, or similar model optimisation techniques.
• Strong software engineering foundation with advanced Python skills, API development knowledge, microservices understanding, and clean coding practices.
• Experience delivering AI applications to production, including deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management, troubleshooting, and MLOps workflows.
• Practical exposure to Document AI, OCR, agentic workflows, enterprise automation, or AI‑powered business process solutions.
• Experience with Azure is preferred, while AWS or Google Cloud Platform experience is also valuable.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, cloud‑native deployment patterns, and scalable AI application architecture.
• Ability to evaluate models, improve accuracy, manage latency, and balance performance with cost and governance requirements.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI solutions to technical and business stakeholders.
