Job summary

Connexr in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for airline and enterprise applications.

You will build NLP solutions, Generative AI applications, and RAG-powered systems, partnering with data engineers to deploy scalable pipelines and ensure data governance and security across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise and airline applications.
• Build predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP solutions, and Generative AI applications.
• Deliver AI-driven solutions for customer service automation, chatbots, revenue optimization, flight operations analytics, predictive maintenance, passenger personalization, and crew/resource optimization.
• Develop and integrate LLM applications using platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
• Implement RAG architectures and advanced prompt engineering strategies.

Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models for enterprise and airline applications.

Generative AI & LLM Solutions

Develop and integrate LLM applications using platforms such as OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and advanced prompt engineering strategies.

Fine-tune and evaluate models for accuracy, safety, and compliance.

Monitor AI systems for hallucinations, bias, and regulatory risks.

Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable AI pipelines.

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, cloud platforms, and operational databases.

Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and security standards.

Deployment & Optimization

Deploy AI applications in production using MLOps best practices.

Continuously monitor and optimize AI workloads for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.

Partner with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define impactful use cases.

Support innovation initiatives and digital transformation programs.

Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

Experience: 6+ years in AI/ML engineering and deployment.

Technical Skills:

Strong expertise in ML model development, NLP, and Generative AI.

Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and RAG architectures.

Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud AI platforms.

Knowledge of MLOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.

Soft Skills:
