vpselitehr in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions within the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem. The role covers model deployment, MLOps/LLMOps, and integration with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning.

Candidates should have 4+ years in software engineering and 2+ years delivering AI/GenAI in production.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience.
2+ years of experience building and deploying AI/ML or GenAI solutions in production.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, scikit-learn or Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search and Azure Machine Learning.
Experience with REST APIs and FastAPI.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of CI/CD.
Strong knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps.
Experience with prompt engineering and model evaluation.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse architecture.
Familiarity with Microsoft Purview.
Awareness of UAE AI Charter, UAE PDPL, Dubai Data Law and DESC ISR.
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
Strong stakeholder-management skills.
Arabic proficiency is preferred.
Arabic NLP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML and GenAI solutions.
Build AI applications using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
Develop solutions using LangChain, Semantic Kernel, PyTorch, scikit-learn and/or Hugging Face.
Work with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
Develop and integrate solutions using Azure AI Search and Azure Machine Learning.
Build APIs and AI services using REST and FastAPI.
Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for AI and software engineering workflows.
Apply MLOps and LLMOps practices across AI development and deployment.
Develop and optimize prompts and evaluate AI model performance.
Work with Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse architecture.
Support data governance and metadata requirements using Microsoft Purview.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver AI solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and communicate AI solutions effectively.
Ensure AI solutions align with relevant UAE regulatory and governance requirements.
