Job summary

Oliver Wyman Digital is seeking an AI Product Owner to shape AI products and agentic solutions behind our AI-first transformation work. You will own what an AI product should do and why, from discovery to prototyping and user adoption, working with cross-functional teams on live engagements.

You will design agent roles, workflows, and success metrics, and drive governance, acceptance tests, and value realization for client engagements. A human-centered, data-informed approach is required.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, design, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with product, digital delivery, user research, service design, or process improvement; launches valued.
• Experience building, testing, and improving at least one AI/agentic/automation prototype.
• Ability to discover user needs, map processes, and turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Working understanding of LLMs, agents, tool calling, context, retrieval, APIs, and common failure modes.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and problem framing: Understand business problems, map processes, data dependencies, and where agents add value.
• Agentic workflow and solution design: Define roles, tool use, hand-offs, autonomy, and blueprints.
• Hands-on prototyping and agent behaviour: Build prototypes using agent platforms or light scripting; test in scenarios.
• Acceptance and readiness: Define tests and coordinate with security, risk, and technical approvals.
• Product ownership and value: Define requirements, backlog, roadmap, and measure value after deployment.
