Job summary

Oliver Wyman Digital is seeking an AI Product Owner to shape the AI products and agentic solutions behind Oliver Wyman's AI-first transformation work, for our clients and for the firm. You own what an AI product should do and why: from business discovery and agentic workflow design, through hands‑on prototyping and validation, to user adoption and measurable outcomes.

This is not a traditional product owner role.

Qualifications

• Experience with product, digital delivery, user research, service design, or process improvement.
• Evidence of building, testing, and improving an AI/agentic prototype.
• Ability to map processes and turn ambiguous problems into clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define agent roles, tool use, hand-offs, and autonomy.
• Create blueprints linking journeys, data flows, and controls.
• Prototype agent behaviours using no-code tools or light scripting.
• Define acceptance tests and coordinate with risk, security, and tech teams.
• Manage product backlog, roadmap, and success measures.
• Support change management and user adoption across client teams.
