Job summary

Oliver Wyman Digital seeks an AI Product Owner to shape AI products and agentic solutions across client engagements. You will own what an AI product should do, from discovery and prototyping to user adoption and measurable outcomes, working in small multidisciplinary teams.

Candidate thrives with hands-on prototyping, defining acceptance criteria, and balancing business value with responsible AI governance. Strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in product, digital delivery, user research, service design, or process improvement with notable launches.
• Built, tested, and improved AI/agentic prototypes beyond writing requirements.
• Ability to map user needs, processes, and acceptance criteria clearly.
• Technical understanding of LLMs, agents, tool calls, context, APIs, and failure modes.
• Experience refining agent instructions and workflows with realistic scenarios.
• Identify data, systems, permissions, and governance constraints.
• Knowledge of functional acceptance testing for agentic behaviour and escalation paths.
• Strong product judgement, value measurement, adoption, quality, and cost evidence.
• Human-centered design mindset with clear user journeys and accessibility.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Discovery and problem framing with users and client teams.
• Define agent roles, tools, hand-offs, and autonomy in workflows.
• Hands-on prototyping and testing agent behaviours with platforms or light scripting.
• Define acceptance tests and coordinate with security and risk stakeholders.
• Set requirements, priorities, backlog, and roadmaps; build business cases.
• Design human–agent interaction and adoption strategies with training handover.
• Ensure responsible AI, data access controls, and governance with specialists.
• Collaborate with engineers on feasibility and communicate trade-offs to clients.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, design, and prototyping; mentor others.
