Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking an AI Product Owner to shape AI products and agentic solutions for clients and the firm. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, from discovery to prototyping, validation, and adoption, ensuring measurable outcomes and responsible AI governance.

You will collaborate with AI product engineers, consultants, and client teams, define requirements and roadmaps, and drive value through data-driven decision making and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, design, engineering, CS, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in product, digital delivery, user research, service design, or process improvement with launches valued for senior roles.
• Evidence of building and improving at least one AI/agentic/automation prototype.
• Ability to map user needs to requirements, workflows and acceptance criteria.
• Working understanding of LLMs, agents, tool calling, APIs and failure modes.
• Experience refining agent instructions, tool configurations, or workflow steps.
• Identify dependencies on data, systems, permissions, and approvals.
• Understanding of functional acceptance testing for agentic behaviour.
• Product judgement and ability to define success measures and value.
• Human-centered design mindset focusing on journeys, trust and adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI product strategy and agentic solutions behind AI-first transformations.
• Lead cross-functional teams with engineers, consultants, and client teams on live engagements.
• Define requirements, priorities, backlog, roadmaps and acceptance criteria.
• Build business cases and measure value post deployment with adoption, quality and cost data.
• Design usable agent experiences, supervisor workflows and change management.
• Coordinate risk, security, and governance approvals with specialists.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business needs into buildable scope and constraints.
• Mentor others and contribute reusable workflows and methods.
