Job summary

Oliver Wyman Digital is seeking an AI Product Engineer to build AI products and agentic solutions behind the firm’s AI-first transformation work for clients and the firm itself. You will own how an AI product is built, secured and made reliable—from data retrieval to deployment and ongoing improvement.

You will work in small, multidisciplinary teams alongside AI Product Owners, consultants and client teams to ship production-grade AI and lead complete AI products as your experience grows.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent practical experience in computer science or related field.
• Proven software engineering experience in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience building LLM-powered applications or agents with tools and APIs.
• Ability to develop software components and integrate with APIs.
• Exposure to code review and CI/CD is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI products and agentic solutions for clients and the firm.
• Build UI, backend services, and APIs for AI applications.
• Design and optimize agent instructions, context, memory, and tools.
• Ensure reliable agent execution with durable state and recovery.
• Build retrieval and knowledge pipelines and manage data quality.
• Design, deploy AI apps on AWS and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Apply secure engineering practices and support production operations.
• Collaborate with AI Product Owners and client teams to drive value.
• Mentor others and contribute reusable components and standards.
