Qualifications

• Proven background operating as Engineering Manager or similar with strong product management responsibility
• Experience building and scaling enterprise platforms as a product
• Deep Azure cloud architecture and engineering design experience
• Hands-on experience in platform engineering or ML pipelines
• Experience managing engineers, platform architects, and product professionals
• Banking or highly regulated enterprise background preferred
• Forward deployed engineering mindset across strategy and architecture

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, platform specialists, and product team members
• Define and execute the platform roadmap, treating infrastructure as a service
• Stabilize core building blocks to enable rapid development of agent runtimes
• Drive platform architecture and design using the Azure ecosystem
• Prioritize backlogs to support evolving enterprise use cases
• Translate business and ML requirements into technical delivery plans
• Foster technical excellence, continuous delivery, and product-driven standards
