Job summary

SAP SE in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior engineering leader to build AI-enabled products and platforms. You will lead a cross-functional team, translate roadmaps into delivery plans, and oversee architecture, quality, and governance of AI systems.

You’ll partner with product, architecture, and business teams, drive staffing, sprint planning, and KPI-based improvement, while upholding responsible AI practices and security standards. Fluent English required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering foundation and scalable product delivery.
Working understanding of ML and generative AI concepts.
Experience leading AI/data-intensive programs with roadmaps and staffing plans.
Delivery metrics, KPIs, and operational cadences to improve execution.
Fluent English; Arabic a plus; SAP product experience is advantageous.
