Aldar Properties PJSC is seeking an experienced PMO leader to drive the company’s AI transformation initiatives and oversee the end-to-end management of strategic programs. You will hands-on lead AI tool development, automations, and data-driven enhancements to management insights.
The role requires 8+ years in PMO, strong AI experience, and adeptness at governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement. A UAE-based senior position with an emphasis on real estate tech initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience leading PMO initiatives with strong AI transformation focus.
- Ability to design, build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows.
- Strong data governance, risk management and project reporting capabilities.
Responsabilités
- Take end-to-end ownership for strategic PMO projects.
- Lead AI transformation and develop tools, automations, and products.
- Establish frameworks for initiatives, methodologies, tools, and structures.
- Prioritize initiatives and align with business strategy.
- Report progress, risks and interdependencies to Management.
- Ensure quality of project artifacts and change control.
