Job summary

Sulava MEA seeks an Operations & Technology Specialist to support Deploy resource operations and internal IT, development and tenant operations. The role alternates between resourcing for client work and maintaining secure, demo-ready environments for training and demos.

You will collaborate with Sales, Project Leads, Deploy leadership and IT teams, using AI tools and Microsoft 365 services to keep systems healthy and processes efficient.

Qualifications

• Independent and resourceful with end-to-end ownership.
• AI-native in daily work, using AI tools and Copilot as core.
• Organized and data-driven, able to analyze data and keep records.
• Service-minded and calm under pressure when handling IT issues and resourcing requests.
• Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Entra ID, licensing, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Clear communicator in English, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Handle resourcing requests from Sales and Project Leads; clarify needs and confirm complete requirements.
• Match requests using capacity views and service catalogue; propose delivery windows.
• Verify availability before commitments; highlight conflicts early.
• Maintain resourcing data in ERP and Operating App for accuracy.
• Support Deploy Operations rhythm with reviews and data quality checks.
• Forecast resourcing needs and identify skills gaps; plan hiring/upskilling.
• Escalate conflicts to Deploy leadership and propose solutions.
• Utilize AI tools to support AI-native operations.
• Manage production, demo and training tenants; keep environments secure and demo-ready.
• Assist IT requests; own issues until resolved and document fixes.
• Onboard new employees; manage accounts, licenses and access rights.
• Support building agents for internal use and maintain demo/training tenants.
• Maintain security/governance; raise risks and comply with policies.
