Job summary

Sulava MEA is seeking an Operations & Technology Specialist to drive AI-native operations. The role splits time between Deploy resourcing and internal IT, collaborating with Sales, Projects, and IT to keep people and systems aligned.

We expect a proactive problem-solver with strong Microsoft 365 skills, data discipline, and clear English communication to support automation and governance across environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle resourcing requests from Sales and Project Leads with clear skill, language, location and date specs.
• Match requests to capacity views and propose realistic delivery windows.
• Verify availability and flag conflicts early.
• Maintain resourcing data in ERP and Operating App for accuracy.
• Support weekly Deploy Operations rhythm and data quality checks.
• Provide demand visibility and forecast future needs.
• Escalate conflicts and propose solutions.
• Support AI-native operations with AI tools and automation.
