Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment and Contract Staffing Agency seeks an AI Ops Engineer to establish the operational backbone for enterprise AI platforms in Abu Dhabi. You will enable teams to release AI products safely, repeatedly, and at scale, focusing on production release discipline, LLMOps practices, and automated deployment across environments.

You will partner with platform engineering, QA/SRE, cybersecurity, and product teams to standardize safe and scalable AI operations,

Qualifications

• Strong production engineering background across cloud-native, AI, or high-scale API platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitHub Actions or equivalent automation, and environment management.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, telemetry, release governance, and production-readiness practices.
• Experience with observability, change control, service reliability, and continuous operational improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with platform engineering, QA/SRE, cybersecurity, architecture, product, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• AI Release Engineering & CI/CD: design standard release pipelines and controls for AI apps and services across environments.
• LLMOps & AI lifecycle management: implement operating controls for models and AI assets.
• Progressive Delivery: enable safe deployment patterns including canary releases and rollbacks.
• Observability & Production Readiness: embed telemetry, dashboards, and runbooks into delivery lifecycle.
• AI FinOps & capacity governance: provide visibility for model usage and token spend.
