Job summary

AppliedAI, a pioneering AI technology company headquartered in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an Associate ML Ops Engineer to join our growing team. You will work at the intersection of operations and development to improve platform reliability, performance, and security, helping our teams build scalable AI solutions.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in SRE/DevOps, hands-on AWS experience, and familiarity with IaC.

Qualifications

1–2 years of SRE/DevOps experience.
Hands-on with AWS cloud services.
Experience with monitoring/observability tooling.
Familiarity with infrastructure as code (CDK/ Terraform).

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain production, development, and staging environments for high availability.
Collaborate with DevOps, MLOps, and Development teams to troubleshoot issues.
Support observability stack guided by senior engineers.
Maintain incident response processes.
Assist with capacity planning and performance optimization for high-traffic systems.
Ensure security & regulatory compliance across infrastructure.
Participate in on-call rotation during business hours.
Contribute to defining and tracking SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
