About the Opportunity

A leading global technology and consulting organisation is seeking a Senior AI GTM Consultant to join its rapidly growing AI and Digital Transformation practice in the Middle East.

This is a high-impact client-facing role focused on helping government and public sector organisations define, shape, and execute AI transformation agendas. The successful individual will work directly with senior decision-makers across ministries, government authorities, and public sector entities to develop AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who combines strong consulting capability with a deep understanding of AI, data, analytics, and digital transformation, and who is passionate about helping public sector organisations unlock value through emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Advise government and public sector organisations on AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop AI strategies, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead executive workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Define value propositions, business cases, ROI models, and AI adoption strategies.
• Support the design and execution of proof-of-concepts, pilot programmes, and strategic transformation initiatives.
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to shape AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Engage and influence senior government leaders, executives, and key stakeholders across the Middle East.
• Support business development and presales activities, including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, and executive presentations.
• Contribute to thought leadership, market insights, and the development of AI consulting offerings and methodologies.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI trends, technologies, and public sector innovation initiatives across the region.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles.
• Proven experience advising public sector organisations within the UAE and broader Middle East region.
• Demonstrated success delivering or shaping AI, machine learning, generative AI, analytics, or digital transformation programmes.
• Experience developing strategic roadmaps, operating models, governance frameworks, and executive-level business cases.
• Strong experience managing senior stakeholder relationships, including C-level executives and government decision-makers.
• Experience supporting complex consulting engagements, business development initiatives, and presales activities.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa as required.
• Experience working with ministries, government authorities, regulators, or public sector entities within the GCC is highly desirable.
