Responsibilities

• Identify AI transformation priorities with government clients.
• Define AI strategies, operating models, governance, and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews with senior authorities.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and proof-of-concept plans.
• Bridge client needs with delivery teams to progress opportunities.
