Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges, and transformation goals.

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Strategy Consultant to help organizations identify, evaluate, and implement high-impact opportunities using Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

The ideal candidate will combine business consulting, process transformation, AI solutioning, and stakeholder management skills to translate business challenges into practical AI initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior business and technology stakeholders to define AI strategies, develop implementation roadmaps, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of how AI can be integrated across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business processes, and enterprise operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, operational challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Conduct discovery workshops to identify opportunities for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI across business functions.
• Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend AI-enabled process improvements.
• Assess and prioritize AI use cases based on business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, complexity, risk, and implementation effort.
• Translate business requirements into clearly defined AI solution concepts, including expected outcomes, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Develop AI strategies, business cases, adoption roadmaps, and implementation recommendations aligned with organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into the SDLC, including requirements analysis, software development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with AI architects, data scientists, product managers, UX teams, and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility and define implementation approaches.
• Evaluate AI platforms, tools, and solutions, including build-versus-buy decisions and potential technology partnerships.
• Establish considerations for responsible AI adoption, including data privacy, security, governance, risk management, and human oversight.
• Support proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and pilot programs by defining objectives, success criteria, and scalability plans.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and communicate AI strategy, business value, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and their practical business applications.
• Understanding of AI integration across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong business process analysis, transformation, and optimization capabilities.
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI use cases and solution concepts.
• Experience in AI strategy development, business solutioning, use-case prioritization, or digital transformation consulting.
• Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to develop business cases, roadmaps, executive presentations, and implementation recommendations.
• Understanding of AI governance, data readiness, security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

Salary: AED 30,000–35,000 per month, depending on experience
