Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 18+ years of progressive professional experience in program management, technology leadership, and digital transformation.
• Strong, demonstrable expertise in Enterprise AI, GenAI, machine learning architectures, and advanced data engineering.
• Deep practical domain experience within the BFSI sector, preferably focused on Commercial and SME Banking transformations.
