Job summary

Siemens Energy in Abu Dhabi is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Graduate to work closely with the DC HUB AI Lead, bringing AI into daily business operations. The role is hands-on and people-facing, supporting training sessions, helping colleagues build AI-powered solutions, and accelerating teams to work smarter with AI—safely, responsibly, and at scale.

You will contribute to turning AI strategy into reality, supporting employees across functions to learn, build, and deliver AI use cases

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong interest and passion for Artificial Intelligence.
• Practical exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools, n8n).
• Curiosity and confidence to experiment and learn by doing.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in business-friendly terms.
• Comfortable working with colleagues from different functions.
• Self-driven, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-evolving AI environment.

Responsibilities

• Support AI awareness and training sessions (preparation, delivery, follow-ups).
• Coach employees during hands-on AI workshops and practical labs.
• Help build and implement simple AI use cases (automation, copilot, no-code/low-code).
• Support business teams to identify AI opportunities to improve speed, quality, or productivity.
• Maintain and update the AI use case pipeline and learning materials.
• Act as first-line AI support contact for employees adopting AI tools.
• Collaborate with AI Champions and Regional Expert Circle on scaling solutions.
