Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement Graduate to work with the DC HUB AI Lead, bringing AI into daily business operations. You will run AI training sessions, help colleagues build AI-powered solutions, and accelerate teams to work smarter with AI—safely and at scale.

You’ll turn AI strategy into reality by supporting employees across functions to learn, build, and deliver AI use cases that matter. This role offers rich global exposure and a fast-evolving AI environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or similar.
• Strong interest and passion for Artificial Intelligence.
• Practical exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, automation tools, n8n).
• Curiosity and confidence to experiment, build, and learn by doing.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, business-friendly way.

Responsibilities

• Support AI awareness and training sessions (preparation, delivery, follow-ups).
• Coach employees during hands-on AI workshops and practical labs.
• Help build and implement simple AI use cases (automation, copilots, prompt-based solutions, no-code/low-code).
• Support business teams to identify opportunities where AI can improve speed, quality, or productivity.
• Maintain and update the AI use case pipeline, registry, and learning materials.
• Act as a first-line AI support contact for employees adopting AI tools.
• Collaborate with AI Champions and the Regional Expert Circle on scaling solutions.
