Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience or equivalent via internships or projects.
• Pursuing or completed degree in CS/ML/AI/Data Science or related field.
• Strong academic performance demonstrated through projects or research.
• Proficiency in Python and API/service development (REST/gRPC).
• Experience building multi-stack GenAI programs from conception to production.
• Familiarity with vector search, hybrid retrieval, and structured/unstructured data.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of GenAI applications (copilots, workflow automation, decision support).
• Support AI pipelines and components: RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, and hybrid retrieval.
• Assist in tool use, function calling, and orchestration across AI workflows.
• Build agent capabilities including context management, memory/state handling, and tool integration.
• Contribute to model experimentation, evaluation design, and production deployment tasks.
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to APIs and services across the SDLC.
• Participate in evaluation and observability for GenAI systems, incl. regression tests and prompts.
• Adhere to Responsible AI standards and guardrails in system design.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to build reliable AI systems.
• Communicate clearly in sessions, demos, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
