Job summary

Gradiant Industries - L.L.C - S.P.C. Abu Dhabi is seeking an AI-enabled Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Intern to drive digital transformation across Sales, Operations, Production and Finance, turning enterprise data into actionable insights through Power BI dashboards and AI-assisted workflows.

You will work with leadership to deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment, applying AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI and cloud productivity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/DS/IT or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with cross-functional data.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with BI tools desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ERP, operations and business data to extract insights.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI reports across functions.
• Identify trends and risks to support strategic decisions.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and live reports.
• Automate reporting workflows and deliver clear visuals.
