Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, transportation, inventory or related field.
• Strong understanding of UAE domestic logistics and transportation requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple vehicles and daily movements.
• Experience with warehouses, suppliers, transport companies and delivery teams.
• Basic understanding of UAE customs and clearance processes.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and operational trackers.
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and similar productivity tools.
• Excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.
• UAE driving license; Arabic language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily van and fleet movements across locations and sites.
• Plan vehicle movement, timings, routes, and driver assignments with trackers.
• Manage domestic logistics: pickups, deliveries, transfers between warehouses and sites.
• Coordinate with drivers, transport partners, and internal teams; resolve delays.
• Synchronize inbound/outbound inventory movements and warehouse activity.
• Support customs & clearance tasks and related documentation when needed.
• Leverage AI and digital tools to improve daily operations and reporting.
• Maintain ongoing internal coordination across Operations, drivers, and suppliers.
