Job summary

Balio is seeking a software engineer to build and modernise software across its portfolio. You will work with product managers and teams to understand customer needs, improve existing systems and develop new capabilities, including AI.

You will own work from technical design through to production. The role emphasizes strong coding fundamentals, sound system design, and the ability to understand unfamiliar codebases, with responsibility for testing and code quality, release and ongoing
