Job summary

Balio is seeking a hands-on software engineer to join its Balio Software Limited portfolio. You’ll work directly with product teams to turn business problems into functional software, building integrations and AI-powered solutions that embed in existing systems.

You’ll learn domain workflows, prototype rapidly, deploy with reliability and mentor teams to adopt new tools while measuring impact. Strong collaboration with non-technical users and ownership of open-ended problems are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on software engineering skills and shipping usable solutions.
• The ability to understand a business process and translate it into software.
• Practical experience with APIs, integrations and AI tools or applications.
• Confidence working directly with non-technical users and taking ownership of an open-ended problem.
