Confidential Company is seeking an experienced AI Product Leader to own the roadmap across our multi-model platform, deciding what to build next based on user needs and business impact.

You will develop internal tools and productized AI solutions for existing clients while expanding to the broader market. This role requires 10+ years in product leadership, with strong emphasis on governance, data residency, and enterprise sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software/AI product roles with leadership experience.
• Experience owning AI products from concept to enterprise adoption.
• Proven ability to manage multi-provider AI platforms and cost budgets.
• Strong understanding of compliance, data residency and audit trails.

Responsabilités

• Owns the product roadmap across the platform and decides what gets built next based on real user needs.
• Builds solutions for internal tools and productized AI offerings for clients and broader market.
• Partners with account teams to ensure AI solutions are deployed in client accounts.
• Builds and maintains the multi-model routing layer and agentic tooling.
• Manages data pipelines, scraping, and data acquisition sources.
• Sets compliance bar for source-cited data and grounding before client delivery.
