Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations strategy, program management, or related analytical role.
• A track record of owning recurring reporting or business-review cadences with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and raw data; ability to build a narrative.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring performance reviews across multiple business lines.
• Partner with vertical, commercial, and finance leads to align review formats and targets.
• Create a unified view of operational and customer experience performance for leadership.
• Lead policy design for refunds, compensation, and service-recovery thresholds.
• Publish regular contact-rate reports and drive root-cause analysis with product and analytics.
• Act as connective tissue between Operations, Care, Product, Finance and Data teams.
