Job summary

HSBC Holdings plc in Dubai seeks a Data and Analytics Manager to turn Emiratisation data into insights that shape attraction, development and retention of UAE national talent. You will own end-to-end Emiratisation reporting, including management information, regulatory submissions, and analysis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in data management, analytics or reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools like Copilot.
• Advanced Excel and ability to work with large data sets.
• Experience building dashboards and regulatory submissions.
• Ability to communicate complex data to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver Emiratisation reports, management information and regulatory submissions.
• Develop and maintain standardised dashboards and data solutions using Power BI.
• Own month-end Emiratisation performance reporting covering targets, progress and trends.
• Apply AI tools such as Copilot to accelerate analysis and insight generation within governance expectations.
• Convert raw multi-source data into meaningful analysis that supports evidence-led decisions.
• Identify, investigate and resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality across reporting cycles.
• Monitor regulatory changes and maintain reporting controls, documentation and procedures.
• Partner with the Emiratisation team, HR Business Partners, Service Delivery and business leaders to shape recommendations.
