Job summary

AlFuttaim is seeking a Data and Analytics Lead based in Dubai to drive their data, analytics, and AI strategy. In this senior leadership role, you will build a scalable data ecosystem that enhances decision intelligence and operational excellence across financial services.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with significant leadership experience in AI and machine learning, and strong technical knowledge in tools like Azure Data Factory and Power BI.

This position offers senior leadership exposure within one of the UAE’s most respected financial services groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in data and analytics roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and delivering AI-enabled data platforms at enterprise scale.
• Strong background in AI and machine learning use cases such as credit risk, pricing optimization, fraud detection, and collections analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data and AI enablement strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design, build, and deliver a fully AI-enabled data and analytics platform.
• Drive analytics and business intelligence adoption by delivering executive dashboards.
