As a Data and Analytics Manager at HSBC, you’ll turn Emiratisation data into insight that shapes decisions across attraction and recruitment, development and retention of UAE national talent.
The role owns the end-to-end development and delivery of Emiratisation reporting including management information, regulatory reports and analysis that supports the execution and ongoing enhancement of the Emiratisation strategy.
You’ll work with HR and business stakeholders to translate questions into well-defined datasets, dashboards and actionable analysis. You’ll also strengthen data accuracy and improve reporting processes, so outputs are timely, high quality and fit for purpose. Success means trusted performance views on targets, progress and trends and insights that help stakeholders act with clarity.
This role puts analytics at the centre of how Emiratisation progress is measured reported and improved. You’ll strengthen the data foundations behind regulatory reporting and management information and use modern tooling to turn complex data into clear insight.
