Job summary

HSBC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an MI and Analytics Analyst to deliver accurate management information and dashboards for the MENAT region. You will shape decision-making with reporting on billing, risk and performance while improving data quality across key trackers and regulatory outputs.

You will partner with country teams, third party leads and service companies to align inputs and turn insights into action, supporting governance forums and the annual UAE outsourcing report.

Qualifications

• A full-time graduation degree of at least three years is essential for UAE visa and work permit.
• 1–2 years experience in management information, analytics and reporting.
• Strong Excel capability including pivot tables and data validation.
• Experience using Power BI or similar tools for dashboards and analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines with high accuracy.
• Strong communication to influence actions and discuss risk indicators with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular MI packs, dashboards and reports for Global Procurement and stakeholders.
• Coordinate MI inputs for UAE governance forums and MENAT oversight meetings.
• Manage the annual outsourcing regulatory report to the UAE Central Bank.
• Own MI requests end-to-end, prioritising and quality-checking.
• Prepare clear reporting highlighting trends, risks and required actions.
• Evaluate procurement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor performance against measures, service levels and risk indicators.
• Improve data quality by resolving issues with data owners and updating tools.
