Qualifications

• Full-time graduation degree (3+ years) required for UAE visa.
• 1–2 years experience in management information, analytics and reporting.
• Strong Excel capabilities including pivot tables and data validation.
• Power BI or equivalent dashboards experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate billing, risk and performance data into actionable insights.
• Experience automating reports and improving processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver regular MI packs, dashboards and reports for Global Procurement and stakeholders.
• Coordinate MI inputs for governance forums (UAE Outsourcing Committee, MENAT Outsourcing Oversight).
• Manage the annual outsourcing regulatory report to the Central Bank of the UAE with clear data guidance.
• Own MI requests end-to-end, prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Prepare clear reporting for senior stakeholders highlighting trends, risks and actions.
• Analyze procurement data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor performance against measures, SLAs and risk indicators.
• Improve reporting processes via automation, controls and documentation.
