Job summary

The Chief Information Officer at Consulture Search will provide strategic leadership across technology, digital transformation, data, cybersecurity and enterprise applications. You will shape a technology strategy aligned with business objectives, regulatory obligations and customer experience, while building scalable platforms and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
Master's degree preferred (MBA or MSc).
Significant senior technology leadership experience, ideally within insurance or financial services.
Proven track record leading enterprise-scale digital transformation and technology modernization.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, AWS or Microsoft Azure are highly desirable.
Exceptional candidates from other regulated industries may be considered with strong leadership and transformation credentials.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the enterprise technology and digital transformation strategy.
Partner with executives to define technology roadmaps, investments and transformation agenda.
Oversee governance, KPIs and delivery standards across Agile, DevOps and PM.
Lead AI adoption, automation and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
Manage cybersecurity, risk, compliance and business continuity programs.
Oversee ERP, CRM, HRMS and core policy administration platforms.
