Job summary

AIVI is seeking an Assistant Product Manager to define and scale AI-powered features and manage payments across its platform in the GCC region. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, design, finance, and operations to deliver AI-driven capabilities and ensure payments run accurately.

The role is hands-on, with responsibilities spanning PRD writing, backlog management, and agile delivery. Experience with AI/ML concepts, payments, and e-commerce is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience with AI-powered products.
• Experience with customer-facing payment systems or checkout workflows.
• Understanding of e-commerce payment concepts and gateways.
• Familiarity with AI/ML product concepts to collaborate with data teams.
• Experience writing PRDs and user stories and agile delivery.
• Comfort with SQL or Excel-based data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in e-commerce product management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver AI-powered products and features end-to-end with data science and engineering.
• Own product requirements for payments, checkout, gateways, and disputes.
• Write PRDs and user stories; manage backlog with senior PMs.
• Collaborate with engineering on sprint planning, grooming, testing and releases.
• Analyze checkout and payments data to identify automation and improve conversion.
• Monitor product performance and AI feature adoption; iterate based on findings.
• Coordinate with finance, operations, compliance, and support for compliant payments.
• Support QA, UAT, and go-live activities for AI and payments features.
