Job summary

Auxo Talent partners with a fast-growing fintech to recruit an AI Product Manager who will own the roadmap for AI-driven products, from automation to customer-facing features. You will bridge engineering, data science, compliance, and commercial strategy to translate technical possibilities into valuable offerings.

The role demands 3+ years in product management, fintech exposure, strong technical fluency, and a proven track record shipping end-to-end products in a startup pace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to AI/ML products.
• Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related regulated industry preferred.
• Strong technical fluency - comfortable in conversations with ML engineers and data scientists.
• A track record of shipping products end-to-end, from concept to launch.
• Excellent communication skills; able to flex between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with startup pace - ambiguity, fast iteration, wearing multiple hats.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk, or regulatory frameworks in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features across the platform.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship AI capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and user stories.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI products meet regulatory standards.
• Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data.
