MyVapery.ME seeks an AI Implementation Specialist to drive AI adoption across the organization. You will identify automation opportunities, implement AI tools and workflows, and support departments in leveraging AI to boost efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
The role requires 2–5 years in AI implementation, practical experience with automation, and strong collaboration with various teams. Retail, e-commerce, and logistics exposure is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in AI, CS, IT, data science, business analytics, or related field.
- 2–5 years of AI implementation or automation experience.
- Practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation, and system integrations.
- Experience collaborating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Retail, FMCG, distribution, e-commerce, or logistics exposure is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify processes suitable for AI and automation.
- Implement AI tools, workflows, and automation across departments.
- Develop AI-powered processes, internal assistants, and reporting.
- Integrate AI tools with existing systems and apps.
- Train staff and ensure effective adoption of AI solutions.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guidelines.
- Monitor performance and propose improvements.
- Ensure alignment with data privacy and security policies.
