Job summary

MVL Group in Dubai/Remote, UAE seeks an AI Engineer specializing in automation and agentic systems. You will design, deploy and monitor AI agents that automate complex workflows and integrate with MVL ERP, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Dataverse.

The role requires 3–5 years in software/automation, with 1–2 years building AI agents used in production and deployed under enterprise change control and security reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science or equivalent.
• 3–5 years total professional experience in software, automation or platform engineering.
• Within that, 1–2 years hands‑on experience building AI agents or LLM‑based automation solutions with real users.
• Evidence of at least one AI/automation solution in day‑to‑day operational use with testing, failures and fixes described.
• Experience deploying solutions in an enterprise environment with change control and security review.

Responsibilities

• A. Agent Design & Development: design, develop and deploy AI agents to automate defined workflows.
• A. Agent Design & Development: select the appropriate approach for each problem.
• B. Enterprise Integration: build and maintain integrations between AI agents and MVL systems including ERP, MS 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and Dataverse.
• B. Enterprise Integration: implement integrations to production standards.
• C. Retrieval & Knowledge Engineering: design and operate retrieval‑augmented pipelines over MVL documents; own ingestion pipeline.
• D. Evaluation, Testing & Quality: build test sets and evaluation checks; define the accuracy threshold before release.
• E. Deployment, Operations & Monitoring: deploy agents on Azure and MS 365 using versioned pipelines; instrument runs.
• F. Security, Governance & Documentation: apply AI‑specific security controls and validate outputs before actions.
