Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in AI, ML, or software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI applications for freight forwarding and logistics.
• Build AI chatbots to support customers and internal employees.
• Develop AI solutions for shipment tracking and shipment status updates.
• Automate document processing for Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Orders, and Customs documents.
• Develop AI-powered quotation and pricing assistants.
• Create predictive models for shipment delays, transit times, and demand forecasting.
