Job summary

AppliedAI is seeking an AI Workflow Engineer to join our growing team. In this technical, customer-facing role, you will deliver and support AI-powered workflow automation solutions for enterprise clients, collaborating with partners on joint projects.

You'll lead integrations with ERP, CRM, and other systems (REST, SOAP, webhooks), design PoCs, provide onboarding and training, and travel as needed to client sites to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven technical background in AI, ML, and workflow automation.
• Experience with integrating systems across ERP/CRM/HR/finance landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation of the AI workflow platform for customers and partners.
• Design, build, and deliver PoCs and pilot projects showcasing AI-powered workflows.
• Integrate solutions with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems via APIs and connectors.
